At Vaijanti, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once the payment has been successfully received, orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been processed or dispatched. We kindly request customers to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion before the order is processed. However, approval is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Information

  • Order Cancellation: Not allowed after successful payment

  • Cancellation Request: Accepted only before order processing (if applicable)

  • Dispatched Orders: Cannot be cancelled

  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: Applicable only if cancellation is approved before processing

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
